After a successful upload, the page redirects to the Media list so the new items are visible.
Flow: Media Library → “Add media” → choose one or more files → submit → files are attached to the internal MediaLibrary model and appear in the Media list and in pickers.
If your Filament FileUpload is configured to use a disk other than local for temporary uploads and uploads fail, we can switch the path resolution to use that disk.
